If your goal is to join a group class on a regular basis but you are brand new to pilates and don’t know
what to expect, this one-on-one practice is the best road to take. Our instructors will teach you the
basics and give you an experience similar to what you’ll have in a group setting. You may decide to stick
with privates, which is always a terrific option!”
Classes reserved online must be canceled at least 4 hours before start time of class or may be charged as a late cancel. Grippy barre socks are required for in-studio participation.
